No Gi Techniques
There’s a saying in jiu jitsu that says “No Gi, no problem” since it is a popular style between grapplers, wrestlers, and MMA fighters. Because of the absence of a Gi, which allows different grips to control the opponent, it is faster and a more aggressive style of jiu-jitsu, but equally challenging mentally. We suggest our students practice both Gi and No Gi classes as it one serves as complementary to the other.
